How to get started

Step-by-step plan to obtain an Italy student visa appointment when there are no slots

You:

Send screenshots/emails showing appointment unavailability.
Send the acceptance letter from the university.
Send your passport copy.

Lawyer:

Confirms that your case is subject to court consideration.
Provide you with the Power of Attorney (PoA) draft.

You:

You pay 100% of the attorney's fees.
Notarize the Power of Attorney.
Provide Apostille for the PoA at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Lawyer:

Will prepare and send an official notification to the Consulate of Italy via a certified communication channel.
If the Consulate does not respond within 30 days, the lawyer will file the court appeal.
Court decision expected within approximately 2–4 weeks.
