Admitted to an Italian university but no appointment slots in the Italian Consulate in Pakistan?

An Italian lawyer will obtain a court order in Italy compelling the consulate to schedule an appointment date for you.

This service is for students from Pakistan who:

  • Have official admission from an Italian university
  • Tried booking an appointment but found no slots / no availability
  • Need a fast, formal legal route to compel scheduling

What we actually do:

  1. Sends a formal legal notice to the Italian Consulate responsible for your case
  2. If no appointment is assigned, files an urgent appeal in an Italian court
  3. Requests a court order obliging the Consulate to assign a visa appointment. This is a recognized legal procedure under Italian administrative law.

Who we are

Attorney Antonio Bava and Giovanna Scotti are licensed Italian lawyers specializing in administrative law and immigration disputes. We assist students from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and across the globe in overcoming bureaucratic barriers and exercising their legal right to obtain a visa.

Why Clients Trust Us:

  • Direct Legal Impact: We don’t just "search for slots." We issue formal legal notices and file urgent lawsuits in the Regional Administrative Court (T.A.R.), compelling government authorities to fulfill their obligations.
  • Total Transparency: You pay the lawyer directly. Our fees are fixed, and court costs are transparent. There are no hidden charges.

Important: When you contact us, you are dealing directly with an Italian attorney, without intermediaries. This guarantees that you avoid the mistakes and problems that often arise when using third-party agents.

We operate strictly within the framework of Italian law. Our cooperation begins with a detailed study of your case, after which we provide a clear, step-by-step legal roadmap.

FAQ

The booking system is frequently overwhelmed due to extremely high demand. Unfortunately, technical glitches and a limited number of slots create a situation where students who have already been enrolled in universities cannot secure an appointment for months. Our legal service is specifically designed to resolve this issue through formal legal channels.

How to get started

Send us by email: screenshots or emails showing that no appointment slots are available, your university acceptance letter, and a copy of your passport. If your case qualifies under Italian law, we will send you a power of attorney to sign and will be able to schedule a call and answer all of your questions.
